Frequently asked questions
Can I try Family for free?
Yes. You can use the Free tier indefinitely — 1 child, 7-day history. If you need more children or a longer archive, upgrade to Family. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after the first payment (§ 1829 Czech Civil Code).
What if I have 5 children?
Family covers 4 children. If you have more, contact us — we'll prepare an individual offer (typically +20 CZK/month/child above the limit).
Does it work with Google Family Link?
Yes. YouTube Mentor is a complement to Family Link — Family Link handles the whole OS, Mentor adds deep insight into YouTube activity. In the Setup wizard you choose "Family Link Mode" (easier for kids under 13) or "Standalone Mode" (for teenagers 13+).
Where is the data stored?
On our servers in Czech Republic (Vinařice). No cloud provider outside the EU. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if I cancel?
The service runs until the end of the paid period. After expiry, data is automatically deleted within 30 days (completely, including backups). You can manually delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments via Stripe — credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay, Google Pay. For the School tier we issue a standard invoice (bank transfer).
Is Lifetime really lifetime?
Yes, as long as the service exists. Limited to 200 licenses as early-adopter support. If we ever shut down, we'll refund a prorated share of the last 12 months. Details in Terms of Service.
Can our school test it for free?
Yes — for the pilot program we offer a free year in exchange for a case study and testimonial. We're looking for 3–5 schools in the Kladno region. Email us.
